Yoko & Andrew’s Engagement

I was born and raised in Utah and moved away when I was 21 years old. I missed those mountains dearly. And then we discovered the Blue Ridge Parkway early on when we moved to North Carolina in 2007 and realized that these old rolling hills held magic in them, just the same as the Wasatch back home. When Yoko and Andrew booked me for their wedding they immediately brought up the idea of a parkway engagement session and I was totally game. With a hike, epic views, this gorgeous couple (!!) and good light, we could not go wrong.

And with all of these incredible ingredients, my expectations were still surpassed by mother nature. Every time I step food outside, I feel so grateful to call these locations my office. Yoko and Andrew were so gracious and open and willing to climb this mountain for the views. Their wedding at the Biltmore this past fall also did not disappoint.
